No, sorry! Our event is a two-day event only, however, you don't have to attend both days.

Which ticket option is right for me?

Are you an Affiliate Marketer?

Go for our Affiliate ticket which admits one person and is for general admission. You will have access to the main areas of our event which includes, speeches, networking sessions, panels, the exhibition floor and also access to our official party. Only for independent affiliates, media buyers and website operators promoting affiliate offers.

Are you from an Affiliate Company?

If so, the Company ticket is for you. This ticket admits one person and is for general admission. It gives you similar access to the Affiliate ticket, however your ticket will advertise your company name and logo. Your company name, logo and description will also be featured on the Companies page in the Exhibition Guide. For employees of affiliate networks, advertisers, traffic sources, solution and service providers, or agencies.

Who is eligible to attend Affiliate Takeover?

All attendees must be at least 18 years old to attend the conference. The minimum age for parties and side events will vary depending on the venue.

Is it possible to share my badge with someone else?

No, your badge must be collected by yourself and used only by yourself. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID which may be required upon collection.

Can I purchase a ticket now and provide the attendee’s name later?

Absolutely! You’ll need to provide a name for each ticket at the time of purchase. However, this can be updated later by emailing our team here.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

You can transfer your ticket to someone else up to 48 hours before the event. Simply log in to the ticketing portal or contact us at info@affiliatetakeover.com to make the change.

I need a visa to attend. Can you provide an invitation letter?

Yes, we can assist with providing an invitation letter to support your visa application. To request one, please email us with the following details:

  • Your full name (as it appears on your passport)
  • Your passport number
  • Your ticket confirmation number

Please note that you must have purchased a ticket for the event before we can issue an invitation letter.

We also recommend checking with your local government or embassy for information on the travel documents and visas required to enter Miami, US. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific advice on individual visa or travel requirements. Make sure to apply for your visa as early as possible to avoid delays.

What is your refund policy if I’m unable to attend?

As per our terms & conditions, refunds are not permitted.

Do you offer any discounts for tickets?

Yes, we offer discounts for purchases of two or more tickets which are applied automatically at checkout. You can also keep an eye out on socials and emails for exclusive discount codes and promotions.

What’s the best way to get to the conference venue?

The venue for the Miami show is Miami Beach Convention Centre (Hall C). We will release more info around travel and hotels closer to the time.

Can you recommend any nearby accommodation?

What should I do in case of an emergency?

Medical Assistance:

For general medical assistance, please speak to a member of the Affiliate Takeover team, who will be happy to help. In case of a medical emergency, dial 911.

Fire Safety:

In the event of a fire, evacuate the building immediately using the nearest marked fire exit. Leave your belongings behind and do not re-enter the building until authorities confirm it is safe to do so. To report a fire, call 911.

Police Assistance:

To report an emergency to the police, dial 911. Or call 311 for a non-emergency.

You'll need a badge to get into Affiliate Takeover which you collect at the entrance using your ticket's unique QR code on the ATO app. Please remember to bring a valid ID, as it will be required to collect your badge.

Is it necessary to arrive a day before the event?

It’s not mandatory, but if you want to make the most of the show days, we recommend collecting your badge a day earlier to avoid potential queues.
