These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for Affiliate Takeover 2025, organised by Scalers - FZCO (referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing this bundle, you agree to the terms below, as well as the Affiliate Takeover Attendee Terms, which apply to all ticket holders.

Eligibility

This exclusive offer it only available to attendees of the Affiliate takeover meet up in Budapest - Sept 2025. By purchasing this ticket, you confirm that you attended the Budapest Meetup.

What’s Included

Your purchase includes:

• One (1) General Admission ticket to ATO USA 2026

No additional access or upgrades are included unless otherwise stated at a later date.

‍Price & Payment

• Total price: $349 USD
• This is a limited-time, early early bird promotional rate and is non-negotiable.
• Full payment is required at checkout. No instalment plans are available for this bundle.

Ticket Use & Validity

• Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• However, they are transferable to another individual up to 30 days before each event. Email info@affiliatetakeover.com to request a name change.
• This ticket is only valid for ATO MIAMI 2026. It cannot be rolled over to future years.

Event Dates & Locations

• Specific dates and venues for ATO USA will be announced in due course.
• The event will take place in Spring — in North America

Communications

• You will receive ticket access and full event details via email ahead of each event.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid, monitored email address at checkout.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

• In the unlikely event of cancellation, you will be offered an alternative ticket of equal value for a future ATO event.
• If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.

Liability

ATO and its affiliated companies are not responsible for any costs related to travel, accommodation, or other external services. Attending the event is at your own risk.
